RECIPE

This is a recipe that I love:

3 Chocolates cake

200 gr. cookies
100 gr. butter
x3 - 4 sheets of neutral gelatin
x3 - 200 ml. of cream for whipping
x3 - 250 ml. milk
x3 - 2 tablespoons of sugar
150 gr. black chocolate
150 gr. milk chocolate
150 gr. white chocolate

Crush cookies in a food processor or in a mortar.
Add the butter in pieces and mix well until everything is well blended.

Place in a cake pan, smoothing and tightening. Bring to the refrigerator.
Make first the layer of black chocolate, then milk
chocolate, and finally white chocolate. The steps
are the following for each layer:
(Start with black chocolate)
1 - Soak the 4 gelatin sheets in cold water.
2 - Whipe the 200 ml of cream. Reserve a large

 bowl.
3 - In a saucepan, heat the 250 ml of milk with 2 tablespoons of

sugar, add the well drained gelatin and chocolate chunks. Allow to
 warm 10 minutes.
4 - Mix the cream with a stick, but with encircling movements, not beating,
pour on top of the cookies and carry the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3
hours, until solid.
(After 2 hours you can start to cook the
 white chocolate layer.
When it is finished wait for another 2
hours and cook the white layer)

Tips: Make lines with a fork before

adding the second and third layer to make
 them join together.

EXCHANGE WHIT NORANDIE

Hello my name is and claudia and I'm going to talk about the exchange with France.

At school we did an Exchange with a French school. Between 17 and 24 May we went to Normandy, to a school that is located in Trouville. The school is called Marie-Joseph and we went to the homes of students who are studying Spanish.

The first day we were at school with them since they had a test and we did activities. In the afternoon we went to Deauville (a village near the school) and they gave us a tour around there.

The second day we went to Caen, it is a very nice town. We were taught the village and then left us free to go buy time.

On Friday we went to the beaches of the Normandy landings, they told us the history. Later we went to the American cemetery, where all Americans who have died in the war, are buried.

The weekend went to an amusement park and riding a bike for 4 people, also taught me a village called Honfleur.

The last day we were in his classes, then we did a dossier. After eating we went to the Trouville beach to play games.

PARÍS

On Tuesday before heading to Valencia, we went to Paris.

There, just arriving, we were given free time to do  photos, souvenirs, etc... because we didn't have a lot of time.
